The burger came with a spicy sauce not mentioned on the menu, the Patty and Brötchen were only average. The frits, cold, tasted like McDonads. The Pierogis (Ukrainian ravioli) had no taste and the plate was not well presented. Very disappointed. It's okay to wait a bit, we can understand a night underoccupied, but it's a shame for a new restaurant that they don't put more effort into the quality of ingredients.
The food at this restaurant was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the mozzarella and tomato salad, which was the best I've ever had. The shrimp and scallops over polenta were a delightful and unique combination of flavors. The menu offered a wide variety of options and the service was fantastic.
I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm.
I love the fresh and clean atmosphere! Lots of wood and white! Greeted by the owner on every visit! The food is delicious. I had the pleasure of having 730 seats by 10am!
La Marea provides a fantastic dining experience for adults and older children. The service is top-notch and the food is delicious. This restaurant may not be the best choice for young children, as it maintains a sophisticated and tranquil atmosphere conducive to elegant and peaceful conversation.
