Napoli Pizza - New York

I ordered a large well-done pizza for pickup through Uber Eats on a Saturday night around 9:50 PM. The app notified me that my order was ready for pickup at around 10:10 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant at 10:20 PM, I saw my well-done pizza sitting in its box on top of the ovens, but the girl at the counter told me it wasn't mine and that a fresh pizza was coming out shortly. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for a new pizza to be made, all the while the original pizza I presumed was mine just sat there, unattended, as there were no other customers in the restaurant. When I finally received my pizza, it was not well-done and appeared to have been rushed. I suspect that the staff set aside the original pizza for themselves to eat after their shift ended at 11 PM.

I did not have a good experience here. The pizza was hot when it arrived, which is great; but the dough? Really stiff, it literally hurt my teeth after eating two slices. The cheese? I had ordered extra cheese slices and it felt thick and blockyinstead of stringy and stretchy like actually good-quality pizza is supposed to be. I would not come back here. 7-11 hasamazing pizza in comparison to this, which is really saying something. Don't get me wrong, obviously Napoli uses betteringredients, but that alone isn't any sort of determining factor, if the pizza was as hard as it was, ingredients mean little tome. I'm sure some of their other things are good, but pizza in my experience was not one of those things; and for the qualitythey serve, it's over-priced (pie prices).

Food was so delicious, The service was great . Whole staff was great but Sofia and Roni was super heros of this place .

This is likely the best authentic NYC-style pizza you'll find outside of Brooklyn. The crust is crispy and never soggy from oil, and the recipe has stayed the same for 30 years. They offer a variety of specialty slices with different chicken options, but I prefer to stick with a classic regular slice or a baked ziti slice.

The food here is delicious, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. It feels like you have to beg for your meal! We ordered lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs, and they just tossed the bread into the bag carelessly. I couldn't believe it! I hope the owner reads this and takes action, or else this place is going to suffer because of that service!
