Neapolitan Express - New York

I have set neapolitan express pizza food truck for my high time on 10/22/2021. I was in contact with two catering men, ariella and ashley, who are both very responsive and helpful in booking/planning process. the problems occurred on the actual high-time day. my day of coordinator had not heard of neapolitan at the day of high time when they should be there. then had to come out to them to see where they were. who was on the truck this day, said hunting that they had a flat tire and will be a little late. we said that would be good, and we would use the pizza truck for a late evening snack instead of eating. the time passes and the truck says that they will not come at all. we had planned for three lkw to feed 150 people on the day of our high time. every food truck hired by us said that 3 trucks would be perfect for 150 people would not be less enough food. as they can imagine, with the loss of our third lkw, there was not enough food for our guests and our guests had to wait on the line for an hour to get their meals. should not such companies plan for such situations as these? Why didn't they have a plan b? Why couldn't they repair the tire and make it a little late for the event? during the catering manager of neapolitan express was very apologetic and gave us a full refund, that can never be the fact that they affected my high time and especially, my guests. because we needed more food, the Burger truck I hired has too much to eat. However, the extra burgers were not paid for the suburbs because I did not need them with 3 lkw. I had to pay $665 for the extra burgers. I have asked neapolitan express not to cover this because they had to, but because they influenced the rest of my high time and my guests' meals, and because I was only charged with the $665 because neapolitan was not on my high time. they have fallen, of course. the way they treated the day of my high time was beyond unprofessional and disappointing, and I will not do business with them again.

We had today the food truck in our office for driver appreciation week and it was a big hit! the pizza was delicious and was served in a personal size box. we look forward to the next time that we can bring the food truck back to the office.

This is the place for a quick meal if you are hungry for a real Italian pizza. I got my pizza within a few minutes after I paid and it was very good.

I ordered a margarita pizza and added mushrooms. Having had and worked at our own pizza shop in 1980s, I am very particular about the dough and the taste. The pizza was outstanding and it took so little time to get it and the price is very reasonable too. I've been paying more for average pizza in midtown Manhattan.

Absolutely worth every penny! I had this catered for a big meeting at my office, and it was fantastic. Neapolitan offers great quality without breaking the bank.
