Feedback gevenI've been a regular here for quite some time. The location has become a lot busier, but the staff has not caught up with the demand. The waiting times for placing orders and receiving food are quite long. If you decide to order from here, be prepared to wait at least half an hour or more for a sandwich or salad.
I really enjoy the food at Panera, and this location had tasty options just like any other. However, the staff seemed very tense and unsure of what they were doing. When my order was ready, I received my food but not my drinks or the muffin I had ordered. I had to go back to the counter to inquire about my drinks, and then they informed me I could get my muffin before the drinks. There was no one at the front, and the staff seemed preoccupied, ignoring the line that had formed. Honestly, I could have just walked back there and grabbed the muffin myself. Eventually, someone did return to the front, but we had to tell them how long we had been waiting for the muffin. They really need to hire more staff or improve the working conditions, as it felt very stressful for everyone involved.
I'll be visiting this place twice a day. The staff does a great job, especially given how busy it gets. The food is generally average, but I believe that's more of a national trend for Panera rather than a local issue. The drinks, particularly the new loaded lemonade, are fantastic. The drink pass is definitely worth it, especially if there's a location near your home or workplace.
Eating is great, but the server attack is simply unacceptable! yesterday I ordered a strawberry limonade and received an email said ready to pick up 5:02. When I arrived there, I saw a strawberry limonade on the table, but I wait patiently thought someone would call my name. After about 10 minutes I tried to ask the staff there, but I was impatiently rejected. after approx. The strawberry drink was still there for 20 minutes without the reception being printed out. I wanted to ask if they could check the status of the order. they rejected me again and stopped in an extremely bad attitude “You just have to wait!” after a few minutes, a male staff told me to go into the counter and gave me the drink that sat there before I came in. they made a mistake and showed me a attitude without apologies!
This was my 1st time eating Panera on the city. The staff here is very rude. There was a bit of a wait which I didn’t mind but when it was time to get my food, they handed someone their food ahead of me. Then they handed me my food. One of the female workers complained about how ‘f’d up’ the customers were in front of me. I feel like she was talking about me which confused me because this was my first time at this location. I think they tampered with my food because my throat felt funny after eating here. I wasn’t rude or anything to the staff, I ordered at the kiosk and waiting patiently for my order. I’m starting to think this was racially motivated. I will not return here
