Pasha - NYC - New York

This is one of my top restaurants on the Upper West Side. I love the calamari and baby lamb chops here. The calamari is a generous portion that is perfect for sharing. They also have a new three-course pre-concert menu available from 5-7pm.

We brought a job candidate to Pasha for dinner. The food was fantastic (lamb kebab, grilled lamb, salmon), but I would recommend choosing your own appetizers instead of the mezze platter they select for you. When we arrived, the restaurant was very noisy and packed, but around 8 pm it cleared out and became much quieter, likely due to the theatre crowd leaving. The service was inconsistent, possibly because of how busy it was; it might be best to go for post-theatre dinners instead.

I highly recommend this restaurant to friends and out-of-town visitors. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the bar area is lovely. The 7-day happy hour at the bar is a wonderful bonus.

We consistently like to go to Pasha for it’s convenient location to Lincoln Center; it’s good quality of food and varied menu; the lovely ambience which makes me feel as if I were in a Turkish home The price-fixed menu is a very good deal for the heart of NYC We always feel very welcome when we dine at Pasha

I have eaten at pasha many times and enjoyed it but last night was not good. The dining room was crowded, the waiter was unavailable and unpleasant, the food was less than average and cold and the noise level, usually quiet, was too loud to hear across a table for 4. I hope this was just a bad night for them and not going to continue.
