Feedback gevenAfter walking through all of Chinatown (had to be over 20 blocks), we were searching for a pub came upon this place. Everybody was so friendly. The food was delicious,; the nachos were huge, side salad was a full meal my burger was perfect. Our waitress was very attentive sweet. While conversing with her my husband mentioned it was my Birthday. The bill was brought over our waitress said to me: Happy Birthday, your 2nd drink is on us. Very happy we came upon Phebe's will definitely be back when we are in the area.

From the minute I walked in, great service, good food and a super smooth bartenderess and wait staff. As a result, The Celebration for The Bowery Alliance of Neighbors’ 10th year was a big success Thank you Phoebe’s Staff
Awesome food, great atmosphere, friendly staff and clientele, very clean and easily commutable. Connor the bartender is the best!!!
The staff was great and very accommodating with our big group. Our waitress was from Dublin and was an absolute delight. Drinks were great.
