The food here is great, unfortunately the people who work here are a bunch of illiterates who can't read the order correctly and regularly neglect to include the fries, sauces and/or drink. Customer service on the phone is atrocious, either they can't understand you or pretend they can't hear you. Go there in person if you can.
One of the best chapters I've ever seen is Nyc here, very clean environment, quick service, friendly Stuff.
Very poor customer service, why would anyone with Mobile order have to stand in a line when the purpose is to order food online and just pick it up.The short woman with the nasty attitude told me and other people that are delivering orders to wait in the line. This happen on October 21th 2021 from 12:27 pm to 1:15 pm and I place my order at 12:07 pm and I still had to wait in the long line that reached as far as outside on the sidewalk.popeyes should spy on their employees,on my ticket, the order was completed at 12:31 pm but they still made me wait online for it. I send my photos and files over to Popeyes Facebook, a Twitter account. Just because you work at the restaurant, doesn't mean you can change store operation policies. She would give me my food because my app was in Japanese, not my fault you can't speak another language but the order number clearly said order #6 but when I got the food half of it was soak in the soda she or the staff forgot to sealed with tape so it doesn't come off in the bag, I think they did that on purpose.This is why I contact popeyes because I am sick of this non-sense from these fast-food brands.There should be trained for the next 6 months until they all understand you have to greet customers and smile, not give attitude when the customer is right. not only that but the biscuits were missing again, listen I redeem my reward point each time and they just keep taking the redeem point by now adding the items in the bag. From now on, I will document the video and post it on youtube once again. This is store #4851
I've only ordered in person so i can't speak on delivery but the service was usually fast with fresh food. The problem is they've gotten my order slightly wrong twice. Giving me four pieces when I ordered five or giving me the wrong chicken parts from what I asked for repeatedly. I just check my food before leaving the restaurant now and the people I've spoken to have had no problem changing it. If you go when it's almost closing they throw in extra pieces so that's cool but I'm usually never getting Popeyes that late.
