However, I wasn't particularly fond of the Cacio y Pepe in Emilia; it came as a massive wedge of lettuce that I found difficult to navigate. Moving on to the main courses, the Grandma Walking Through Forest was a real masterpiece in flavor and texture, with a perfectly savory sauce and pasta that was just al dente. Despite this, it wasn't my favorite dish. The Cow Grazing In Emilia had the ideal portion size, but I found the three different sauces a bit confusing. The Funghi was beautifully presented and tasty as well. For dessert, I absolutely loved the pistachio ice cream. You could tell it was made with real roasted pistachios, and they even included battered pistachios mixed in. Lastly, the customer service and ambiance were well-appointed without being overwhelming, making me feel very welcome during my visit.
I visited Rezdora for a date night and I left feeling fully satisfied! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding service. Every dish we chose was delicious, particularly the uovo raviolo di nino bergese with white truffle. The music was fantastic and the dining experience was both attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a unique dining experience with exquisite Italian cuisine. Thank you, Rezdora!
The atmosphere is upscale, elegant, but also cozy. The service is exceptional. You have water at your tables, but the servers also check on you frequently. The food is delicious, and it seems to be authentic Italian food. It comes in small portions to share. The servers let you take as much time as you want to in the r restaurant, which is nice. Getting a reservation is well worth the wait. I recommend the olive oil cake. That was delicious.
Had the opportunity to dine at Rezdora tonight. The we got several appetizers and 3 pastas. The cocktails were delicious and interesting. The 3 appetizers we got were fantastic. We did the parm tasting which was a fun experience if you are a cheese fan. The 3 pastas we got were all delicious in flavor. I did find the texture on all 3 to be pretty tough. I don’t want to say they are undercooked because I could be uninformed in how those types of pasta are traditionally served but I would have personally preferred them a bit softer. We skipped dessert because we were so full and they are understandably not designed to be packed up to go. I hear the tiramisu is fantastic so leave room, I wish we did. Our server was very friendly and was able to recommend some great vegetarian options and cocktails for us. The service was great but I did feel because of the size of the space all the staff kind of accumulated at the back of the room right in front of our tables which is maybe unavoidable but felt a little intense. I think something that could really take the service to the next level is keeping the level or care the same without having so many people in the space watching the people dining. Overall amazing visit, I would return for sure!
I came across this place in Time Out, where it was named the best Italian restaurant in the city, so my expectations were high. Thankfully, the experience lived up to most of them. The interior is simple yet elegant, without any pretentious or tacky elements. The host was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and flawless overall. I was seated at the bar, which offers the same dinner menu options. The bartender was polite, accommodating, and a genuinely nice guy. However, the only aspect that didn 't meet my expectations was the food itself. I ordered the pasta dish called Grandma walking through the forest, and while it was okay, it didn 't taste particularly delicious. In all honesty, I 've had much better pasta in my life. The cheese for dessert was good, especially when paired with the selection of additional items like nuts, crackers, and jam. Considering the relatively high price (two dishes and two glasses of Prosecco for over 100 dollars), I would have expected more impressive food. Despite this, it was still a pleasant experience.
