Went here after a sake bar crawl in Brooklyn and was so glad I did. Top notch atmosphere and food. (In a way, I preferred the food over the drinks. A Saturday at 630 I had no issue getting a table, but it was outside and not the dining room.If you are unfamiliar with the menu, the staff is open to any questions. Bill came out to $90/pp which was more than I was expecting, but no regrets.

One of my favorite meals, with their bluefish collar belly special one of the best fish dishes I've ever had.Portion sizes were quite good for the prices. Left very full with leftovers to-go.

Gem in Greenpoint, great cocktail program. Wide selection of sakes and spirits. Love the ambience, great for larger parties or you can easily grab a bite or drink at the bar!

Mixed experience, but ultimately not worth the price. I love cantaloupe and was excited to see this on the menu with Jamon iberico, another fave. It was this beautiful presentation with a poor quality cantaloupe, and bacon bits. Yes, not what you’d think at all. I loved the duck hearts, and the soft tofu with peppers was good, not mind blowing. The tuna with seaweed was mid (tuna was super cold and not flavorful). Miso soup was good and the ever so tiny plate of pickles probably was good, but there wasn’t enough to be sure.I was really looking forward to coming here, and though the atmosphere was lovely, the service was great, overall, the food was meh.

The food here is amazing and beautiful. Great ambiance and attentive servers. Would definitely recommend the sashimi and the way beef. It was just mouth watering!
