Starbucks - New York

I'm not sure if the staff has changed or if I just got lucky, but they were very friendly, pleasant, and smiling towards me and all the other customers during the two hours I spent there, reading and enjoying my drink.

These reviews are very accurate. The staff at this restaurant are not very friendly and can be pushy. Additionally, they make mistakes but fail to apologize afterwards. It is clear that they need more training.

The service at this restaurant is awful, and they don't provide masks even when they forget them.

I ordered strawberry Acai refreshment drink with 1 more potentiy strawberry by app. they gave me no strawberry refresher because from the order of strawberry. and they even did not refund it and never said sorry.

I came here during off hours. I waited for 10 mins and was not helping. When my mom asked if someone’s going to help, the employee JASON stated, “were busy, you need to wait”. We waited another 5 mins and was then helped. We waited on our drinks for 15 mins. People after us were served so it seemed as if Jason was being vengeful. I went to ask Jason about our order and he ignored me. I asked again and he said it’s coming up and rolled his eyes. Worst custome service ever. The store was not busy so there was no reason why someone couldn’t come the register to take my order. I was headed to work after and wasted all my time waiting forSomeone to take my order and then had to deal with Jason’s nasty attitude.
