Feedback gevenAbsolutely love these dieucks and all baristas in it from morning to evening, you are the reason why I have a great day every day. you have a lot of karens this complaint about the service, but you have never really experienced a diet of your not waiting 5-7 minutes for something. my absolute favorite is shady, the most tomorrow there it is an absolute joy. you smile makes it for me most days and when she is in the bar?! the best hands down hassle!
Hi I never go out of mine to leave bad reviews, but I literally walk a few extra blocks to avoid this situation! I'm going in and it's like I'm going to make morning staff a service to order a drink! the barista at the bar in the morning (african american young lady) has always an attitude! she never makes my drink right. I ordered an icy chai and the last thing she put in is that which is not standard, I know the difference. the atmosphere is cruel! I ordered a butter croissant and had to wait a few minutes until the baristas talk and there were only two customers themselves and another lady. never felt so judged and how I wasted my money on this place. the definitiw need some sensibility training and learn how to treat people who are from different life cycles. gruppe disappointed and ruined my day. next time, I will be sure to publish my experience in all my social media to show how people are treated by their personal!
Girl with the fake burberry cap apparently cant read because she made my iced matcha with oatmilk as a hot caramel macchiato with regular milk, then an iced caramel macchiato with regular milk, then when I finally repeated my order she made it as an iced matcha with regular milk (still wrong). She also made my white chocolate mocha without any white chocolate mocha. When I realized both drinks were still wrong and went back to have them fixed, she was throwing a fit and talking about me to her other coworkers, then ran in the back to hide. I have worked in the food industry and understand mistakes happen, which is why I was never rude although she couldn’t make my drinks right to save her life. So this wouldn’t have bothered me at all except instead of saying sorry for making everything wrong multiple times, she was rude TO ME and threw a tantrum like a toddler. Thank goodness Veronica was there to kindly remake my drink and apologize on her behalf. I understand people can be karen’s and it’s frustrating, but I literally did not say one thing. I just wanted my correct drinks. And considering my two drinks cost what she makes in one hour, I’m sure she understand why I want to get what I paid for with my hard earned money. ?
No public bathroom. Cheapens the entire brand. Seemingly there is one but staff says no.
A dependable Starbucks with all the drinks you're used to seeing. It's in a part of downtown that has both high rise offices and residential buildings, so to avoid the crowds during peak periods (weekday mornings) and to customize your order however you want you can order ahead of time on the mobile app. Although there is little to no seating on the ground level, there is a compact upstairs loft. There are also plenty of nearby outdoor plazas that you can head off to for some space or (relative) privacy.
