Starbucks - New York

I always like to go to the starters for my coffee. it is fun, and they can also pick up an salad for lunch. Every morning I just have to get a hot latte and this situation is about close to me, if they had work pools, it would be great!

Also for customers are closed. how can a coffee place close their toilet only because they do not want to do additional work by closing the toilet for customers. also they moved the müll with the front door and past all customers who drink their coffee, which is a well-known fact that a violation of the health code in restaurants and caffes.

I usually get a really delicious matcha from this place, but my last experience was really disappointing. my matcha was very bland and tasted like hot milk, it was not made by the same people who usually do so that I assumed that the barista was new and in the training. but it is not fair that I get a bad drink because of a new barista. still will order from here as it is a big dieucks with great service, I hope my next order is correct.

Low customer service. I ordered a drink at the beginning of my lunch break. 20 minutes after the estimated pick-up time I asked a hired one big blonde lady about my order. I wanted to show her my order details on my handy and she got aggressive to ask why I threw her a phone in the face. After she had explained to her, it was only to show a job she continued with an annoying expression and attitude. 30 minutes after the estimated collection finally received the drink. the drink has not saved my pampered mood due to the inadequacy and the rude behavior of the aforementioned employees.

Placed my order though an app 10 min earlier, picked it later on without any wait time.Ham Swiss Croissant was hot, taste wise just ok, on another hand Matcha Latte is my favorite here.Glad they're seats to enjoy great people watching ?
