The View At Battery Park - New York

Had our anniversary dinner before attending a play in midtown . The food and atmosphere was great. We got married here 4 years ago and have been coming for our anniversary dinner. We didn’t get any complimentary champagne or happy anniversary written on our dessert HU h was a bit disappointing. The establishment is under new management. The mussels , shrimp cocktail , veal ragu pasta and steak were delightful

The food was amazing, it was our 1st year anniversary of dating and they treated us really well.

Great views. Great service. The burger and the new york strip were outstanding. Fries were cooked to a crisp. Clam chowder and French onion soup were also fabulous. Ya, the only bad thing was the fries but really, who goes for fries?

Spare decor, prompt and friendly service, surprisingly good food for such a high traffic tourist area. You can’t beat the view! Cannot beat it.

The restaurant is a lovely spot, but it's clear that it attracts more visitors during the summer. When I visited for lunch, it was completely empty. The food was good, but it was quite chilly inside during the winter months.
