Feedback gevenOur experience at the restaurant did not match what we expected based on the OpenTable listing. The Penthouse, which we thought we were dining at, was closed for a private event, but this information hadn't been updated on OpenTable. Additionally, the menu presented on OpenTable was extensive and appealing, but when we arrived, we were given a much more limited option. To make matters worse, my starter was served alongside my main course instead of with the other guests’ starters. Two of our entrees arrived cold. When I mentioned this to our waiter, he seemed surprised and asked, somewhat unhelpfully, if I wanted to send it back. When I agreed, he inquired whether I wanted the same dish heated or a completely new one. I opted for a new meal, but what I received was the same cold sides and a reheated steak. At that point, I decided to give up on the meal altogether.
Terrible experience. The service throughout was chaotic and poorly managed.
This restaurant really needs some improvement! Our server was quite inexperienced and even had the audacity to say he was bored when we asked why he hadn’t checked on us – for example, to see if we needed more water or how our food was. He even brought our dessert without knowing what it was when we inquired. It seems management should focus more on training their servers to properly attend to customers instead of lounging on the couches while diners are present. On a positive note, the food was delicious and generous in portion! We enjoyed the chicken sandwich and sweet potato salad.

I confirmed that I did, and when he inquired if I wanted the same dish reheated or a new meal, I opted for a new one. However, when my plate arrived, it included the same cold sides with a reheated steak. At that point, I decided to just let it go.
