Ty's Bar Nyc - New York

I had a fantastic experience at this bar during my vacation in New York. The gin and tonic was generously mixed with gin, and I loved it! The men at the bar were not only stylish but also very friendly and amiable.

I love this bar, but I've had some rather unusual experiences there. Once, while I was in the bathroom, a guy came in behind me and tried to put something in my nose. The staff is generally friendly, but the bartender named Max tends to make all sorts of wild accusations about things that never happened. Maybe he had one too many drinks, who knows? The bar is small and attracts a mixed crowd. I’ve never understood why it seems so tense, especially when the local precinct has access to their security cameras. It makes me wonder if the NYPD is somehow involved in the criminal activities. The drink prices are inconsistent, and I can't help but question whether people of color feel welcome there. If I were you, I'd head a little further down the block to an awesome bar called Rockbar.

This is a fantastic spot! While it's small, it's full of energy and life. It's an ideal place to relax, enjoy a few drinks with friends, and have some great conversations. It's also a wonderful place to meet new people, especially some of the dedicated regulars who frequent the bar. I love coming here because it has a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

Ty’s bar is one of the og new york gay bars. come here on a Friday night to catch the episode of RuPaul’s drag race or take a drink with friends. really nice staff and friendly amount. always worth a visit.

I absolutely love the atmosphere, the staff, am always given prompt service and can’t beat those drink prices in Manhattan! Julian plays fabulous music on the weekends complete with videos and he and Gary are always a delight! They also always remember me and what my drink of choice is, even if it’s been months. I take everyone that comes to visit me from out of town here.
