They were ready for us. The food and service were both great. The prices were good for NYC.

Always enjoy Wagamamas! Great service to serve good piping hot bc from their approach reach court at the moment, it is ready and festive atmosphere.

Our server Jesse was so friendly and helpful with menu choices. The dishes and drinks were all delicious.

Three of us had a great dinner last night in midtown after a museum outing. We were all very impressed with the food (two ramen dishes, duck lettuce wraps, and Tokyo fries yum! . And pretty reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.

Loved this place, amazing service and very friendly staff who often checked on us.
