For being AYCE, the meat is well marbled and well cut for hotpot. The broth choices are all great. There’s a small station with fries, fried dough, grass jelly, and a sauce making bar.Service: 8/10. I mean, it’s hotpot. It’s almost 100% self service. This place gets a better score than other hotpot places because you order plates from a web app, and then the food is brought to you no more trips across a slippery floor just to get to a sloppy AYCE bar!Atmosphere: 8.5/10. This place is really cool multiple stories and sub levels, wooden architecture, great seating options for small AND large parties. It would be perfect, but two things. First the floor is CRAZY slippery. It’s probably oil from the BBQ, but they are not doing a great job of cleaning it up. Second, the loud birthday music. If you go on a weekend, it’s borderline unbearable; they’re constantly BLASTING this very, very obnoxious prerecorded birthday mix every 10 or so minutes. If you’re sitting next to a speaker, it genuinely hurts your ears. Please fix this!Besides the insanely loud birthday mix blasting every ten minutes, this place is perfect. Affordable AYCE with a mind boggling variety of foods in Manhattan’s Chinatown!Toodaloo!
Was a bit nervous because of the bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised! Went early so quite empty with no wait, sat down and immediately started ordering on the website. Personally, it was convenient and easy to use. Tip: Order A LOT on the first round because after that, their service starts becoming slower. The second time we ordered, they forgot some items. But besides that, everything tasted great. And if you pay with cash, you get 8% off!!! Cheapest hotpot I’ve ever had.
Had Hot pot for the first time and this place didn't disappoint us. We had a hot pot with Kimchi and spicy soup, price was good considering it's all you can eat/ unlimited place.Food: 5/5
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. You simply scan the QR code on your table to place your order, which is very convenient. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is excellent. Their menu has a wide variety of options, ensuring there's something for everyone. I ordered the hotpot, and it was just perfect for a chilly day like today.
The restaurant has a very spacious and clean decor, offering plenty of room without the crowding often found in other places. The hot pot is quite good and on par with other restaurants, but the unique feature here is that you can order as much as you'd like. However, be mindful not to leave any uneaten food, as you will incur extra charges. There's a nice variety of items available for the hot pot. Unfortunately, we ordered lamb but didn't receive it. We also ordered jasmine tea for two, but were surprised to be charged $11 for it. On a positive note, the staff is quick and attentive, making it a great spot for a leisurely meal when you have time to spare.
