Excellent bagel spot. Do't skip the elusive everything egg bagel. And, the black and white cookie they have from Gertel's is the best black and white I have ever had (and I have have done my research)Food: 5/5

My bagel was pretty tough and not fresh. For New York you expect a lot better. Also they charge a 3.5% credit card surcharge.

Great bagel spot, had gluten free bagels for my sister which we appreciated. Would recommend!

Usually at least an average bagel and good service. Sundays are especially busy. Service was adequate, but the pumpernickel bagel was either stale or burnt. An untoasted bagel should not be crunchy, especially not for $6.80! I’ll save my bagel runs for when I’m in Brooklyn.
