The coffee was very disappointing, with an unpleasant aftertaste.
Customer service was on point. My wife and I stayed in NYC for 5 days, and she went there 4 times!! One of the guys there gave her some samples to let her try stuff out before we purchased so she knew what she was getting. So friendly and very welcoming. I’m not a vegan, but our first meal I had a sandwich that was amazing. My wife had one too and we both split a treat that was tasty. As we were finishing up, he came around and brought us a mini cup of smoothie mixed with espresso.... wow! 5 star service and amazing food, vegan or other.
Coffee in the US generally sucks balls but this coffee isn't half bad. And the place is quiet on the weekend. Introvert heaven for me. Wifi and power outlets too? OK, I'm sold. This is my favorite cafe in NYC.
