Feedback gevenI'm a regular customer the workers are super sweet and fantastic. However the owners need to do more for their employees. Today 2/9/22 at 710 am I walk in to a line which is normal but there was a man who seemed unstable stealing and creating a mess in thestore. I then witnessed what seemed to be an employee enter towards the kitchen area. Then he left even tho he saw the man wasthere and I'm sure he knew his employee was alone. I asked the employee if she was alone she replied yes so I took it uponmyself to call the police to get her the help she needed. As a previous employee of dunkin and now customer I hope to neverwitness something like this again.
Boston's is the best I think, maybe just a little bit too sweet. Location has better hours and hours to avoid (Early AM)
The service is good. I ordered the ice mocha latte a few times. It had a good balance of taste and sweetness. I recommend this location. I had to change my review after two years. They don't read what I ordered. For the last 4 times I went they keptmaking the drink how I don't want it. I had to throw away my drinks halfway, so I am wasting time, money, and I am leftdissatisfied. Today, I couldn't even give my order. The lady taking orders was on her phone and had me stand there waiting forher. I was not even acknowledged even doubt she was standing in front of me facing me.I asked her if I should come backtomorrow? I left. I won't be going back.
This location needs a better mobile pickup system, I might as well walk in because of how long it takes to get my drink since they keep it behind the counter.
Everytime I order an iced caramel latte it tastes different lol. Isn't there a formula that should be followed when making drinks?
