I’ve taken co workers, family members and friends to try out the food throughout the years because thats how much I enjoy the food but time and time again I’ve been given extremely horrible service and yesterday was my final straw. I visited again yesterday after some time hoping a particular employee wasnt there to take my order because my past few visits have left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. This employee in particular that is at the cashier regularly always seems to say they dont accept card so I always come prepared because I dont know whether or not one or the other is being accepted, upon arrival I was not greeted and for a smaller space having that customer/cashier relation is essential for a good experience. My first question to the cashier is whether card is being accepted or not because the times he wasn’t present and I ordered card was being accepted. This time I asked he said yes card is being accepted but no apple pay…weird but I happened to have my physical wallet on me that day. When I pulled out my card he said we dont accept Mastercard or debit cards actually. Because this particular employee always seems to say something different when I come I had to question him a bit more. He claimed Mastercards and debit cards decline on the machine. No problem, I paid with my Visa card and waited over 30 minutes for my food to be made. In that time the shifts changed and another employee came and as I waited I decided to ask whether they accept all payments apple pay, card etc in which her answer was an impolite yes. That goes to show that something extremely weird is going on and Im not sure but it may be prejudice because I am a black customer regardless I will no longer support this company. The long wait times, bad customer service and inconsistent payment methods does not make up for the good food, Im sure I can find very similar food where I am actually valued as a loyal customer.
"First time going to Food Gallery 32. We accidentally came across while walking in Koreatown and we ain 't even mad coming cross this amazing food court. We didn 't know what to get so over whelmed. But we saw Korean and Barbecue words put together so we were sold. This BBQ spicy pork at Kobeque! And it is so tasty the pork is nice and tender with that kick of spice, helping us not get sick from that snow. Just all around wonderful dish. You gotta try!We have to come back to Food Gallery 32 just to try Kobeque and try their Bulgogi Bibimbap this time. Best choice of the day. Ohhh if you haven 't have Bulgogi beef before you are missing out. It is one of our favorite Korean dish! Nice and flavorful Bulgogi beef on top of rice and an egg on the side, mmmm !
Tried the three meats bowl and thought the pork was good but the chicken was lacking. It was pretty slow on a weekend as well. Overall, it was okay
The cashier needs to respect customer more and do his job with a smile. The food stall should provide tap water at least too. The bbq should come with a sauce too when it is too blend.
Ordered the tofu rice bowl and it was the best tofu I've had in my life hands down!! The only thing I didn't like is that the soup they give you contains beef and as a vegetarian I couldn't eat it while I watched all my friends have it. Could be more vegetarian friendly with the soup!!Additionally, they also had run out of almost half the plates they put in their menu
