Mei Jin Ramen - New York City

I absolutely loved the Spicy Shredded Pork Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was rich and full of flavor, with just the right amount of heat. The Crispy Chicken Japanese Curry was also delicious; the chicken was perfectly crispy, and the curry had a deep, rich flavor. However, I wasn't a huge fan of the salmon avocado handroll. While the portion was generous, the predominant flavor was mainly scallions.

My favorite ramen spot! They excel at customizing your bowl, and the flavor is fantastic.

The food is exceptional! It features the freshest fish I've ever tasted, and the quality of the ramen, along with its toppings and broth, is unmatched. Each bite fills me with joy, both in my heart and stomach. Alejandro, the DoorDash driver, is truly a blessing from the DoorDash gods. He greeted me with a smile behind his wonderful mask and even helped me open my jar of salsa. Alejandro is undoubtedly the best driver you’ve ever hired, and he deserves a pay raise. This is a five-star experience! Thank you for your service in Harlem!

The dish i ordered had nothing other than rice and chicken, despite the description promising an array of veggies and toppings which was the entire selling point for me. probably wont order here again.

Good. The base wasn't as flavorful as I'm used to in my Ramen. It was a bit watery. And noodles felt a bit gummy. I ordered because my normal place closed at 10p, I would consider this again if I were in a similar situation, but not for dinner at a normal time.
