Perla - New York City

Fairfax is a hidden treasure located in the heart of the West Village. Its warm ambiance and distinctive selection of wines by the glass make it a notable choice among local restaurants. The food is absolutely fantastic, and the egg sandwich I tried was the best I’ve ever had, largely due to the special bread. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone seeking delicious food, great coffee, and a lovely dining experience.

I had an amazing experience at Fairfax. Our waitress, Lila, was incredibly warm and welcoming, and we had a wonderful interaction! I came in for the burger, and it certainly lived up to the hype. It was a bit saucy, but I love sauce, so it was perfect for me! The olive oil cake was the best I’ve ever had, and the blueberry compote was simply magical—a must-try! I will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite burger spots in NYC! It has a fantastic atmosphere for hanging out with friends and enjoying drinks.

Tasty burgers and quick service with friendly waiters and a great date-night atmosphere. Ate dinner here before going to the nearby jazz bar and thought the burger was very tasty and fries perfectly salted. There are a lot of fun decorations to look at as well in the location and the bathroom has some interesting engineering drawings and a unique door closing mechanism with weights. Would definitely recommend this place for the beginning of a date night or grabbing a quick bite between date adventures in the city.

The food and service are fantastic! The general manager, Vishwas Wesley is also great. He is always warm and welcoming. Wonderful dining experience.
