Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a "2 Can Dine" combo and specifically requested 6 sweet and spicy wings and 3 tenders. However, when I got home, I found that I had received 6 ghost pepper wings and 3 tenders instead. This is incredibly frustrating! Can't you pay attention to customer orders? I can't eat these wings, and I'm worried there will be a problem when I try to return them tomorrow.

The food and service were enjoyable, and I would definitely return to this place. Additionally, there is parking available, which is a great bonus.

The staff seemed reluctant to accept my online coupon, and I had to request condiments after purchasing a family meal. I won’t be spending my money there again due to their poor customer service skills.

I was there for a mobile order and only got part of my order. Store is in Queens and I live in Bk. No biscuit or fries. What the heck!!! No one picks up the phone either. The biscuit is the reason we even go to Popeyes!!

I had an unpleasant experience when I ordered food online for pickup. After waiting for 15 minutes, the food still wasn't ready, and to make matters worse, when I finally received it, the chicken sandwiches were completely burnt.Thinking it might have been an isolated incident, I decided to give it another chance the next day. However, my second visit was no better. Despite ordering online 20 minutes prior, I still had to wait for 15 minutes at the restaurant. And when I received the sandwiches this time, they were extremely tough and dry, almost like bricks, mostly because they are very old or for the day before.At this point, I've given up trying to order from this place and have decided to go to the one located at 9400 Liberty Ave instead. The lack of standards, slow service, and consistently overcooked food or reusing leftover food from prior days has left me disappointed with this establishment.
