Starbucks - New York City

This Starbucks location was a great stop during our visit to Manhattan this afternoon. It was conveniently located just around the corner from Times Square, making it easy to find. Although the place wasn't too crowded, it could have been a little cleaner. The staff was very friendly and professional. There was a mix-up with my order; I had requested a hot coffee, but received a cold one instead. When I brought this to the attention of the young man serving me, he promptly resolved the issue. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. Typically, while Starbucks coffee may not be amazing, it's at least acceptable. However, in this instance, they couldn't even make a decent cappuccino. The milk was too hot, and the foam was bubbly and poorly textured!

I had to enquire about my order as noone was making my drinks only to be told they have been made already and at the end of the desk. apparently my name was called. however, if the music wasn't soo loud I may have heard my name and my own conversation I was trying to have. turn it down and speak up would be better service

We had literally every morning breakfast in this Starbucks. All staff are friendly even in busy time slots! Chapeau!!
