THIS PARTICULAR SWEET GREEN IS VERY NICE, I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR THE LAST YEAR, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP TEAR, VERY PLEASANT, VERY PERSONAL, IF MY ORDER IS WRONG OR THEY FORGET SOMETHING IT IS CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY, WE ALL ARE HUMAN, THE MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON CAN BE VERY HECTIC ,BUT THIS TEAM OF SUPER STARS GET IT DONE IN A RESPECTFUL AND TIMELY FASHION, THE LOCATION IS EVEN BETTER RIGHT NEXT TO UNION SQUARE, WHERE YOU CAN SEE ALL THE ARTIST AND TAKE A WALK THROUGH THE PARK AND SEE DOGS PLAYING AND PEOPLE BEING MERRY.. COUPLES SHARING LUNCH, AND JUST EXPERIENCING NEW YORK THE WAY IT SHOULD BE... SO IN CONCLUSION I WOULD LOVE TO THANK THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE FOR THEIR HELP AND GENEROSITY Tabby, Alicia ,Glen and TANISHA,snow ,Erick, and the store manager Darelle , LISA, AS WELL AS MCKANE,THANK ALL OF YOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE MORE THEN JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER .....

Lacking basic customer service The doors were open and so I walked in at around 10:20am. Only to be told they are not open until 10:30am. I asked if I could just get one of the bottled drinks and flatly said no (for something that doesn't need any preparation but just ringing it up in the cash register). Perhaps not a big deal but it's their loss and I will never step in here again.

Always fresh and delicious salads but warning do not do mobile order. They skimp on food bowls half full and often wrong. It’s disappointing bc they still charge the same price. Best to order in person prior to 12 pm, otherwise the lines dramatically increase, ingredients run out, employees are stressed and forgetful. One employee though keeps mixing up my order no matter the time of day and has the biggest attitude. Understandably this is not the most high profile job, however this persons facial expression is sooo superior to be making salads. It’s almost comical. Salads and dressings are always delicious and taste healthy. Just bring patience and understanding with you when ordering.

Meat servings are more than a little skimpy for the price, but good otherwise. Might be the best of admittedly extremely-poor options in the couple blocks around.

Got a little kale salad during lunch. Quick moving lines and reasonable prices.
