Thai Direct Bowls - New York City

The service was pretty bad--we had to flag them down to get them to take our order and waited at least 20 minutes to get her attention. The food itself was not good--pad Thai was too sweet and my noodles didn't taste fully cooked. It's a bummer since the place has great reviews and lots of vegetarian and vegan options.

This place is so affordable and delicious. Items on the menu are marked gluten free too! Seating is super limited in the store so it might be better to grab and go instead of sit down and eat.

Delicious food, simple ordering, and customer service was really helpful and responsive by email about allergens. So nice to be able to eat good food without worrying about getting sick.
