Wendy's - New York City

My first Wendy's! It was very tasty and I enjoyed it. I would definitely go

I was charged 60 cents for extra cheese on my burger yet didn’t get it. To top it off I order my burgers plain so needless to say I’m mad. Of course they stay busy with the location, but I’m sure they clearly saw my charge because they made it plain like I requested as well. Overpriced and looks to screw you over any way they can.

I was only given 1 napkin with my meal. Like what type of way is this to treat customers, it’s disrespectful. The table I sat at was not clean and at no point did I see any staff cleaning any of the tables.

I work at the NBA store with limited options for food. Wendy’s personally being one of my favorites was just told that they’re no longer serving any customers, so what seemed a little odd to me that any business would decline sales

Unacceptable and very slow customer services. Two of the associates behind the counter have really bad attitude and lazy, one of them is a fat girl. They asked me to wait and laughed when I checked with them my order which was ready but I didn 't hear when they called me. Both never come back to me but spending a lot of time chatting with each other, pretending that they are busy but they are not even taking care of other customer 's orders in line.
