Feedback gevenI always visit this Burger King and have never had any issues in the past. However, today when I walked in, the manager (an older white lady with blonde hair) was on a speakerphone call and did not acknowledge me. She took my coupon without saying anything, handed it to another employee, and then went into her office behind the register. The employee who took my order, a very nice and respectful guy with long hair in a braid, apologized for her behavior. I reassured him that it was not his responsibility to correct her actions. As a manager, she should have set a better example for her employees. Despite this experience, I still plan to return to this location because I enjoy the other employees and have never had any issues with them. Hopefully, the manager will see this feedback and improve her interactions with customers and employees in the future.
I have had problems at this restaurant for the second time now. My mustard Whopper with no onions was covered in onions, mayo, and ketchup. The last time we had an issue here, the drive-thru employee asked if I wanted to fight. Unfortunately, I am now eating food I do not enjoy.
