City Bites - Newalla

I used to go to city bites 2 to 3 times a week. For years. I started going in high school and I am in my 50s. Yikes! Anyway, long story short, they become less creative on their specials for sandwiches, taking roast beef club off the menu, and I just pulled to the drive-through and had terrible customer service. I normally deal with a lady at the drive-through that is very customer service friendly but whoever is working today, Wednesday at 1:52 PM Does not meet your standards or mine. You might want to take a look at that situation.

Sandwiches were good, a little pricey for what you get, but quality is much better than a Jimmy John's, or Subway, so that is expected. Service was great, they weren't busy, and the employee was new, but he was super nice, and patient in ensuring our order was correct. Dining room is spacious, but tables seem a little older, and could've definitely been cleaner.

I had their mesquite chicken salad, nothing mesquite about it, ingredients not fresh.. mostly chopped iceberg lettuce core, a few tiny chopped tomatoes and wilty cucumber slices. It even smelled wilted.

Stuffed huge baked potatoes are the best! Love the cookies--yummy.

Would not recommend the Edmond Santa Fe location. 40min round trip and over $50 for burnt bread. One sandwich was put together so poorly the only way to eat it was with a fork. One of the reasons I go is for the bread. Not sure why you would even serve it, completely disappointed.
