Embassy Suites Oklahoma City Downtown/medical Center

Didn't have a good experience with the front disk. Room outdated.

I am so picky when it comes to hotels. I want them to spot on clean, no bugs, no dust in the drawers or on surfaces, grime on doors. We've stayed at another Embassy in another OKC location and I was impressed. That one is immaculate inside and outside of the rooms. My husband wanted to stay at this one because it was closer to bricktown .This one the hallways NEED cleaned. The doors inside the rooms around the handles need to be cleaned. The drawers need to be wiped out. Bathrooms need to be cleaned a little better. Around the beds, the vacuum needs to be ran closer. I picked up a sour patch kid candy that i didnt buy any of my kids. I thought there would be a room refresher daily but there wasn't. The pull out couch was honestly gross and the couch had stains. Only recieved a sheet and blanket for bedding for the pull out.and I did ask twice and only was brought that. I brought an extra blanket so one of my kids werent cold . Thankful my 2 year old didnt spot it. Pool maintenance needs to be better. Was covered in hair when we got out. On an ending note, experiences may vary but if I am paying over 150 a night, I want super clean. I'm not a fan and will avoid this Embassy

Perfect experience just wish self parking wasn’t $20/day.

Hotel staff allow people to smoke in the rooms. The smoke travels through the air vents and fills your room with smoke. Your cloths and other belongings will smell like smoke. If you are sensitive to smells expect to be woken up throughout the night by your suite mates smoke break. Location: 1815 S Meridian Ave Oklahoma City, OK 73108 United States

I had a wonderful stay here. Everyone I encountered there that worked there was amazing. So kind, friendly and helpful. The cocktail reception was such a nice touch and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was also so comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to stay, if you are in the area. Great job, Embassy Suites!
