Kfc - Newalla

I went to pick up my boyfriend's order and saw a homeless man with his pants down outside the main door. I was uncomfortable and explained this to the woman at the speaker, who initially seemed nice but then told me I couldn't pick up at the window due to policy. Another staff member said they would escort the man off the premises. When I went inside, the original woman was rude and didn't care about my safety. They also gave us fewer chicken pieces than we ordered. Despite this, most of the staff were nice.

The service at this restaurant has declined recently. My order did not come with plasticware, even though it required at least a spoon. It's difficult to eat mashed potatoes and gravy with just your fingers! Attention to detail is important no matter what your job is. The food is decent, but there are better dining options in the area. We used to eat here regularly, but not anymore.
