Basically you can buy meat by the pound starting at half a pound with a couple different choices to pick from. This is half a pound of barbacoa which is high quality and closest to authentic as possible. Comes with about 5 tortillas, onion and cilantro, and one salsa for right under 10 bucks. If you'd bring your own low carb tortillas you can easily make this meal keto low carb.
