Mickey Mantle's Steakhouse - Newalla

I had an amazing experience celebrating my birthday at this restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic.

I visited this restaurant years ago while in town for a work conference and decided to give it another try recently because it was close to my hotel and I love a good steak. I went with a friend and we sat at the bar. The Thunder had a game at 8:30pm, so I'm not sure if that affected the quality of the food. I ordered the 14-day aged 16 oz ribeye cooked medium rare, but it lacked flavor and ended up closer to medium temperature by the time it was served to me. It seemed like it wasn't even seasoned with salt. It was definitely not worth the money spent. The bartenders, David and Hayley, were great despite the busy crowd of people eating and drinking before the game. I do not plan on dining here again.
