Service was as on point as the oysters. Noah and his manager were welcoming. Noah made great table side suggestions and came back to the table regularly. My oysters came with crackers which was nice of Noah to ask. My shrimp Po-Boy was good size for price and the coleslaw was yummy. I’d get a different side than okra next time. My sangria came in a shaker with strainer which was odd. A glass of fruit and no ice-so ask for ice if you require-otherwise a good amount of sangria for the $9. Overall my $40 lunch was a good value and the service was great.

Went for brunch and then back for dinner hoping it would get better. Guessed about what to get the menu it pretty extensive. I settled on the Hangover breakfast which was really good but had to ask staff to explain everything even after saying it was my first time. Lots of redundant biscuit as a side and meal was over biscuits and had some potato something on the side plate too but not sure. Didn’t know about the Bloody Mary Bar until after eating, watching others and asking. Went back for dinner for the mussels and Cobb salad. Ask for the appetizer first but after a long wait they came out together. Have no idea about deserts, my check was dropped off while I was still eating my salad. It appears it’s a “just a job” for most staff. Overall disappointed.

We come to pearls about once to twice a month. And we come for the Sunday clam strips special. The special starts at 3 PM we arrived at 4:15 PM. By the time we got seated the server told us that they were out of clam strips. How can this be it’s your special on Sundays and you don’t have inventory. We asked the server if she had had a lot of these orders today, and she said no you were the first ones to order it of her shift. Somebody needs to get their inventory straight. Extremely disappointed for the money that we put down at this restaurant each month.

The girl that was managing on 01/05/22 dosent need to being doing anything but changing bed pans . She did such a shtty job. My meals were late I complained . My steak was cold I complained . I waited My own faimly bussed my own table and yet was still charged full price . Service was horrible management is horrible food is good but comes out cold not worth the visit try ... well even waffle house is better.

Sadly, it was pretty subpar. I had the Halibut and garlic mashed potatoes. Fish was dry and flavorless. The mashed potatoes were mixed with instant potatoes.
