Feedback gevenOne of the staff behind the counter was very rude. If you did not understand what she asked she would pull her mask down and snap back repeating the question. Without gloves she handed us the drink cups with her hand inside the cup and she slapped the receipt into my hand as if I had done something wrong. They were out of ranch dressing, three drink selections and apparently no napkins. We will not return to this location.
THIS is the response I got back from the franchise owner after leaving a comment in the receipt survey about the service I received I will not go back to Subway sandwich was nasty stale the girl making a sandwich no longer wears mask like a lot of people but was coughing and while she was rolling up sandwiches 75th and North May Sanjay Patel is The Classy owner as you can see
It ok, it one of the less expensive subway I been to, when it come to making your sandwich, they can forget to put stuff that you would ask for, so make sure to look at what they forget to add and remind them.
Sloppy threw my sandwich together and barely put anything on it please retrain the crew that was there today at noon on 06/15/21 they are all very sloppy and rude and can’t make a sandwich apparently I’m not coming back here if this was the last subway on earth
This Subway has the worst customer service I've ever had to bare the brunt of. Went in around lunchtime and a tall caucasian female assisted me, but she was not friendly or even remotely courteous to me. On top of that she got my order wrong and refused to fix it. I understand a job like this can be stressful on a person, but this is just unacceptable customer service and I will never go to this location again, even though it's so convenient because it's right by my home.
