Feedback gevenI checked the online menu before we left for the restaurant so we had our dinner picked out. When we arrived a couple of items were not available. We were disappointed but other items proved more than ample. The food was very good, our server very attentive, etc. Shelley Kelley band was playing. We certainly enjoyed their music and would go again when we hear they're playing there. All in all a very enjoyable afternoon.
My favorite part of Blue Carb Grill was Brittany! She was the best waitress I’ve ever had. Personable, efficient, funny, and kind! She deserves to be noticed for her amazing customer service!!! The food was good. I ordered the steamed shrimp (10/10) as well as raw oysters (6/10) as and app and the seared acallops (7/10) for my entree. My friend ordered the crab bisque which she enjoyed as well as the special, the stuffed lobster tail, which she rated (7/10). The portion sizes are definitely on the smaller side, but that’s not always a bad thing! Flavor was good, restaurant appeared clean and well kept, and I really like the open kitchen vibe! I’d definitely return!
Mussels fra diavolo absolutely phenomenal sauce, ate all the dipping french bread, too. As others noted, the crab nachos had very little crab and what was there was like crab imperial, just all mayonaise. We also got the bottom of the nacho bag, mostly crumbs...training opportunity for the kitchen. Nice tap beer list, good craft beers in bottles. Servers were great. Prices were reasonable. 3.5 3.75 overall.
Very pleasant waitstaff. The crab imperial was very full of large lumps of crab meat. The French martini was quite good as well.
Went here for dinner with a friend. The food was fresh and delicious. I got the sea bass and my friend had the seafood gumbo. Both were very well prepared and generous portions. We enjoyed cocktails from the bar which were very good. The service was attentive, friendly and on point. I will definitely return and will recommend to friends.
