The dinner was a fantastic experience, flawless in every aspect.

We have always enjoyed dining at Vita Nova and try to make reservations whenever possible. However, on our most recent visit, we had a disappointing experience. It was the first day with a new kitchen and service crew, and the food did not meet our expectations. The service was also below average. We understand that this restaurant is a training ground for aspiring students, so we wish them well in their learning journey. Hopefully, our next visit in a month or two will be better.

Absolutely the best dining experience available anywhere near Newark, DE. The food and the dining experience are exceptional. The restaurant is staffed by students within the UD Hospitality Business Management program. The restaurant provides a superb gourmet dining experience with students as staff (lab course) supervised by faculty, including the restaurant's chef.

Service is exceptional as always. Food was create. They always change up the menu.
