Very good very professional coffee always hot I have no complaints love the service

Don’t use the app early in the morning. They never open the store on time. Today I ordered my breakfast and tried to pick it up on my way to work. The store wasn’t even open when I got there but the app still taking money. So I had to leave go punch in because they weren’t even there.. they did this yesterday, too

Today is 11.26 2023 this store has upgraded looks wonderful now you have the homeless hanging around and in the stoe harrassing you for money they sleeping on the table where customers have to eat its a place of business its a homeless drug addicts noe she sit on her walker by the door asking for money this is unacceptable yes its cold outside but theres shelters for them and they refused cvustomers dont wanna come in have to be harrassed for money

The coffee was horrible! It was very expensive and the wait was to long

Do not use any delivery service for this Dunkin Donuts! They do not put a safety seal on.the coffee! Coffee is riding in the cup holder of the delivery driver unsealed! During post pandemic and across the street from a hospital, they should know better! How hard or expensive is it to put a safely seal on coffee? Have pic as well.We will NOT order from Dunkin Donuts on 131 Bergen Street in Newark, NJ again!
