Dirty group head machine, dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty cutlery, wrong order given and staff that couldn't care less. If you like Costa use the concession in the Odeon Cinema in the London Road car park. They are worlds apart.

Is it really necessary for staff to have a arguement who's doing what shifts Infront of customers. There was of you at the collect counter arguing over who's going to do bank holiday Monday (tomorrow May You messed up our order as you were to busy having a tiff. Leave it to the end or your break.

Costa Coffee is always reliable for providing coffee just exactly to order. They offer a variety of alternatives to cows milk. I like my coffee decaf, one shot dry, almond (or lactose free) and no chocolate on top. That’s exactly what I got. Well done...Costa.

Costa Coffee is a Costa Coffee! One of the biggest franchises in the world, there’s not much difference between any of them. Newark’s is spacious enough with friendly trained staff. Adequate.
