The pretzels were not fresh at all. I spent over $120 on stale pretzels! I am very disappointed with the quality.

I had a delightful almond pretzel today. Janee was very friendly!

I received all the items from my order except for the Confetti Nuggets.

The Mini Pretzel Dogs were overcooked, and my order arrived almost an hour late.

This restaurant has consistently failed to get my orders right. Whenever I order multiple dips, they never arrive, even though I’m charged for them. There was even an instance when I received just two cups of frosting without any pretzels. Additionally, my order of cinnamon pretzels has been incorrectly delivered as regular salted pretzels on two separate occasions. I've reported these issues to DoorDash support because missing items have become a common occurrence. I've reached my limit with the poor service, and I’ve decided not to return this time.
