Blueberry Cafe - Newark

They ran out of food when I was there. Also, the connected vegan business next door ran out, too. Not sure how you run out of everything at a restaurant.

I had seen this restaurant here on Happy Cow for awhile and I finally had a chance to go. Nice people. Love supporting other Vegans of Color. Food is good and flavorful. If you are looking for faster service order the daily special. It is a small restaurant so things do take longer. I do want to come back for brunch.

I got the blueberry mojito smoothie. Not what I expected but still good. Came on taco Tuesday and was told that the special ended at 2, but that wasn’t advertised. Regardless, everything my friends got they enjoyed.

The food was excellent. The wild black rice soup was outstanding.

This was such a lovely place to have a milkshake and split a salad. The love we recieved was the most beautiful and peaceful i have ever recieved at any vegan restaurant. I give thanks
