Burger King - Newark

I cannot comment on the food as we were forced to leave after waiting for 50 minutes without receiving our order. It is unacceptable for them to take orders without informing customers of the long wait time. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but the service was incredibly slow.

I visited the restaurant at the Biden Welcome Center in Delaware. Unfortunately, my food was never served and I was never refunded. Instead, I was met with hostility from the manager.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered two 8-piece chicken nuggets, which are supposed to come with 4 sauces (2 per order). However, there were no sauces in the bag. When I asked for the sauces at the counter, the lady working there was very rude. She refused to give me the 4 sauces included in my order and the ones she did give me were incorrect. When I pointed this out, she rolled her eyes and handed me two more wrong sauces (taking back the first ones for some reason). I ended up just accepting what she gave me because it wasn't worth the argument. This all happened on Christmas Day, which was very disappointing. I hope they do better in the future.

I bought a hamburger, I got sick, when I got home I threw up everything.

The young girl who works at the front counter is the most depressed downer of a human I have ever encountered. She needs to learn customer service skills, her hat covered her eyes and she wouldn't even look up. She needs to learn not to mumble and speak clearly. The older lady however who served us our meals was lovely. She should probably be the one serving the customers and the young girl put out the back where she can't be seen.
