Cousin Cafe - Newark

I really enjoy visiting this restaurant for breakfast, especially since they’re open until 11 a.m. (I’m definitely not a morning person! :p). My favorite dish is the combination of fish with preserved egg porridge and the pan-fried rice roll. It’s the ultimate comfort breakfast and a perfect way to kick off the day. I can't recall the cash limit, but keep in mind that purchases under a certain amount are cash only, so it’s a good idea to bring some cash if you’re not ordering too much food.

I always stop by for a meal whenever I have my car serviced at the nearby shop. The congee is fantastic, especially when paired with the donuts.

Very cost benefit for price one pays. Efficient and friendly service. Food tastes reasonably for bistro fusion food.

Close to highway, convenient location, not large, but lots of choices on the menu. Very traditional Hong Kong style cafe, very popular. Service was great, friendly! The fried noodles were crispy with flavorful beef tendons and sauce. The pork chop was grilled well. Love the fried tofu and wings, not the dumplings, though. Great place for a quick bite!
