Jamba - Newark

My friend ordered a ?plantbased? smoothie but it wasn?t PlaNt BasEd at all and got extremely sick... lying to customers about diets can be so dangerous, so please be careful out there, cause apparently even smoothies aren?t safe ?

Employees were quite rude on Friday evening. Seemed disinterested in work but engrossed on their phones.3drinks were ordered of 2 different kinds and all were poured from the same blender. They also don?t take cash or give you a receipt...smdh if you have ever had Jamba Juice you already know it?s way overpriced and that?s fine but this other stuff was total BS.

They don't have a system for customers'orders . I got the right drink but my wife got the wrong drink. The rep at the register did not speak or talk when I gave my order. Definitely avoid this place

Staff was on their phone the whole time and didn't speak a word. Just collecting paychecks.The smoothie was good.

The employees attitude was rude and service was slow. Slow service. He kept everyone waiting while he was distracted on his phone.I haven’t had service this bad in a while…
