Feedback gevenThis is a nice quick option to get food, the app. it helps a busy mother working the second layer, give me a lunch and a super for my son who loves there subs and chips and pickles exactly like me.
Great this year at a reasonable price! great selection of sandwiches that should appeal only over everyone. we have never been disappointed by a visit to several J/J restaurants.
The inner is closed, they must go through the drive thru. I went to the door, there were 5 workers standing in there and talking to each other, and 7 cars waiting in the car-duration line. obviously this is the place where it is mistreated and not customer-oriented. Stay away.
Update:I’m so sick of asking for the same thing only to be disappointed literally every single time. I get the veggie. I ask for the avocado and cucumber to be left off. That seems to be doable for the crew. Then I ask for pickles. Extra extra pickles. I count 5 on this sandwich. You don’t know how many times I’ve made this same request. Enough times that now I feel it warrants a downgrade in my original review. Thanks for making me that guy, @jimmyjohns.They apparently don’t use antibiotics. I have to think that’s a good thing. Although I no longer order meat subs, so what do I care.Fairly fast service.
My wife and I bought 2 subs Saturday on the way out of town and discovered there were items left off. Who unwraps them at the drive through to check? By the time we discovered this we were 2 hours away. I called to straighten this out but unfortunately since it's been 2 days, we are out of luck. We used to love going there but this has changed my whole attitude about their customer service. We are honest people and I'm not that hard up I need to call to get free subs unless there's a problem. We'll go somewhere else from now on.
