Little Caesars Pizza - Newark

This place is probably one of the best when it comes to customer service. It was raining, and although we had to wait about 15 minutes for our extra cheese order, they made up for it by bringing our pizza and breadsticks right to our car. I live in Columbus, where the shops don't seem to value their customers at all. Honestly, I’d almost consider driving to Newark just for the great service here.

This location is the only one in the Newark/Heath area, and they are typically very busy! If you take the time to observe while you're there, you can clearly see that the staff is doing their best to serve everyone. I personally witnessed some customers who were rather unreasonable. I ordered a hot, finished pizza and had to wait 25 minutes. However, considering the volume of business they handle, they do a fantastic job.

It was great. Customer service pretty good. The biggest thing is the ty are always extremely busy. There must be another location. But her pizza is very good.

They were super busy and for some reason the pizza tasted different. It tasted like it may have needed a little bit more sauce.

Little Caesars is a great place to stop by and get something to eat for an example like if your on the way to do something and you get hungry you can always stop by little Caesars and you'll know you'll get the food quickly.
