On my most recent visit, I came in after a group of girls who were taking their time deciding on their order. They graciously allowed me to go ahead of them, so I ordered a simple latte. The staff asked if I was with the group ordering food, to which I replied no. Despite no one else waiting for their order, I had to wait 20 minutes for my latte. When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that they thought I was with the other group, even though I had clearly stated otherwise. Eventually, my latte was prepared. It's unfortunate that this restaurant, which is conveniently located and charming, has such lackadaisical staff. My coworkers and I would love to order from here regularly due to its proximity to our workplace, but the poor service is a major deterrent. Some additional training or a discussion with the staff about the importance of prompt service and serving fresh food is necessary. A simple explanation that they were out of avocado but had other options available would have sufficed, allowing us to enjoy the meal we had paid for and waited so long for. It's important for everyone to be focused on their job, especially when serving professionals who cannot afford to wait 40 minutes for coffee during their workday. I hope to see improvements in the future.

Sunday staff perfectly friendly but badly needed training. Very slow despite no other customers on Sunday morning. Missed an item on takeout despite charging for it. Cappucinos were decent but never had Smoothies quite like that ; So smooth, they were more like a flavored soda without bubbles. Weird. Sadly, didn't realize till got home.

Dope cafe with great service, a diverse healthy menu and a very friendly staff! Highly recommended!

These sandwiches are delicious!!! Not to mention the location is perfect. 3rd space cowork has beautiful office space !
