Feedback gevenI placed an order in advance using the app but was denied service when I arrived at the restaurant. The workers acknowledged that the app issue is a common problem. I arrived hungry and left without being able to eat, and now I have to deal with disputing the unfilled order in order to get a refund.
Every time I have attempted to order from this restaurant in the past few months, the computer has never been working. This seems strange to me and feels like an excuse for the early morning shift not to take orders. I have had six unsuccessful experiences, and it is becoming frustrating.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff was seen eating and did not attend to our needs. This has happened more than once. The service during breakfast hours is extremely slow and of very poor quality.
The absolute worst for Uber over night. I waited over an hour to get my customers food and it was very simple things. Ughhhhh I hate it!!!!
9 43 pm below 20 degrees !! Doorbell on the window only way of picking up if you order online. First time so I rang the doorbell no answer after 5 minutes so I knock and a nasty white man with light eyes big nose tried to threatened me if I knock on his window he will report me I said to who sir? I've been out here 5 minutes and its cold! He said don't ever do it again or ill make sure I report you. Again I said to who he said uber! Mind you 4 other men were outside standing for over 20 minutes that were uber drivers. He is belittling uber drivers thats one and taking advantage of his authority as im guessing a little ol manager! Cooperate is next! Sam
