Teriyaki Madness - Newark

I've had positive experiences at this restaurant. The service is fast, the staff is friendly and polite, and the prices are quite reasonable, for the most part.

The store is always clean and has the best music playing in the backgroundHowever, the guy on the register is bad for business. I asked him what was the ingredients in the chicken roll and his reply was chicken as if that 's not obvious. Then after I got my cc back to put in my wallet he literally stood right there and burped loud in my face. Very ghetto and unprofessional behavior.

I ordered take out. When I ate my food, I noticed that there was multiple pieces of hair in my food. I already ate some and when it didn't feel right in my mouth, I looked to see where the strange textures were coming from. It looked like they dropped the food, put it in my plate, and gave it to me. I will NEVER eat here again.

My SO and I go here (too) often. I order the salmon teriyaki bowl with noodles and he gets the veggie bowl with maad sauce. If you order thru the app you'll accumulate points which equates to free food; I've been able to get 3 free bowls!

I ordered two large Teriyaki chicken dinners for my family, and they were delicious and fresh! Even with three of us eating, we still had leftovers for lunch the next day. Thank you, Mr. Madness! We’ll be back soon!
